The White Swan - Home to the Captain Cook Brewery
The White Swan is a small 18th Century pub with a reputation for being one of the finest pubs in the area, if not for the beer, for the homely atmosphere and friendly clientel.
Home to the Captain Cook Brewery, award winning beer is brewed in a microbrewery located on the premises. Since the first pint was served across the bar, four beers have now become famous for taste and flavour and have won several awards from Camra, including Pub of the Year and the Perfect Ploughman's Award.
